Korex Canada Ltd. In Toronto, Ontario specializes in the packaging and distribution of laundry and dishwasher detergent for the Canadian market. When Korex encountered a need to raise and lower a conveyor, they came to Trans-Quip Inc. for a solution. Essentially, Korex wanted to adapt the conveyor on their automated filling line to accept more than one size of container. To this end, they decided to utilize two WJ500 machine screw jacks with load pad end conditions that automatically adjust the conveyor bed up and down by 12 inches. Adding flexibility to their current automated filling line allowed Korex to take on additional contracts with containers of various sizes without having to purchase additional machinery.
