Floor Height Stainless Steel Lift Table Available from Trans-Quip Inc.

(GRIMSBY, ON December 12, 2007) Trans-Quip Inc. is pleased to announce a new low profile stainless steel lift table from Southworth Products Corp., designed for use in applications that require sanitary washdowns. With a maximum capacity of 2,500 lbs., these units have a passivated finish and are USDA approved. In addition to the table, the motor is washdown rated, and the power unit is fully clad in stainless steel. Controls are waterproof and rated to NEMA 4.

The stainless steel pan style platform, measuring 44” x 48”, lowers flat to the floor, providing easy access with hand pallet trucks or wheeled carts, containers or tubs. Industrial grade hydraulic cylinders provide smooth movement throughout the travel range of 36.5” allowing the operator to position the load to a comfortable height.

The lifts are designed to provide trouble-free service and long operating life with minimal maintenance requirements. They also feature extra-wide bases for added stability, heavy-duty torque tubes, footswitch control and fully profiled scissor legs for maximum strength. Options include upper or lower limit switch, food grade oil and portability for moving empty lift with a pallet jack.

Standard stainless steel lift tables are also available in capacities of 2,500 and 4,000 lbs., with a lowered height of 9 ½”.
